Yi Ming is a director of Ashurst ADTLaw* focusing on M&A and joint ventures.
Leading our regional real estate practice out of Singapore, Yi Ming has advised on a number of the most significant real estate transactions across Asia. She is experienced in advising on investments in real estate platforms, including for data centres, industrial and logistics properties, hotels, student accommodation and offices.
Yi Ming started her career as a Justices' Law Clerk to the Chief Justice and Judges of the Supreme Court of Singapore.
