The Ministry of Manpower has announced that licensed employment agencies in Singapore will be subject to stricter licensing conditions from 1 October 2020.  These conditions require them to comply with Singapore's anti-discrimination framework and take steps to prevent discriminatory practices in recruitment and hiring.
