    Zheng Kai Chok is an associate director in our corporate real estate practice at Ashurst ADTLaw

    Zheng Kai specialises in corporate real estate transactions and is experienced in advising publicly-listed and private corporations, private equity property funds, asset and REIT managers, property developers and other entities in their dealings of real estate in Singapore and the region.

    Zheng Kai advises on a wide spectrum of real estate transactions including acquisitions, divestments, sale and leasebacks, management, development and leasing (for both landlords and tenants) of offices, malls, warehouses, industrial buildings, serviced apartments, hotels, mixed-use developments and other specialised facilities such as hospitals and medical centres, aircraft hangars and data centres.

    Before joining Ashurst ADTLaw, Zheng Kai was practising at a leading Southeast-Asia based law firm.
