- Advised a global information services company on the summary dismissal of a senior employee on the grounds of workplace sexual harassment and bullying, and subsequent proceedings commenced by the former employee in the Employment Claims Tribunal (ECT) for alleged wrongful dismissal and payment of salary in lieu of notice.
- Advised a leading aviation company on an industrial relations dispute with a local trade union seeking recognition under the Industrial Relations Act for the purpose of collective bargaining.
- Advised a global medical equipment company on its global restructuring involving the transfer of employees across various entities in a number of jurisdictions.
- Advised a global industrial transmissions manufacturer on its dispute with a senior executive, director and shareholder of the Singapore subsidiary.
- Advised a leading Singapore-based civil engineering and construction company on its investigation into and summary dismissal of a Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) who had defrauded the company.
- Acted as counsel for a Singapore-based metal fabrication company in respect of proceedings brought by the Ministry of Manpower under the Workplace Safety and Health Act arising from a workplace fatality.
- Advised a global medical equipment company on the dismissal of an employee who allegedly defrauded his colleagues by obtaining loans for and investments into various schemes.
- Advised the Singapore subsidiary of a global logistics and freight forwarding company on its employment agreements and the changes to the Employment Act in 2019.
