Denyse Yeo is a Senior Associate in ADTLAW LLC. She specialises in general corporate and commercial advisory work.

Loh Kai Loon is a Counsel in ADTLAW LLC. He specialises in OTC derivative transactions, covering all asset classes with a particular focus on corporate equity derivatives, repos, securities lending transactions and finance hedging.
His experience also encompasses derivatives advisory and regulatory matters, including netting, collateral, OTC regulatory reforms and defaults, advising clients both from an English and Singapore law perspective.
Kai Loon’s clients include investment banks, hedge funds and corporates. Kai Loon also has significant international and regional experience having previously practised in London for nearly 8 years. He has also worked in Hong Kong in 2015.

Cheryl Ang is a Senior Associate in ADTLAW LLC. She specialises in funds, mergers and acquisitions/private equity, joint ventures and restructuring work.

ADRIEL CHIA - SENIOR ASSOCIATE
Dawn Tan is the founding director of ADTLAW LLC. She is an experienced commercial lawyer with particular experience and expertise in the resolution of complex and high-profile commercial disputes, including complex banking, finance, company, construction and property-related disputes encompassing litigation and international arbitration.
Dawn is an experienced trial litigator who has appeared at all levels of the Singapore courts, including as lead counsel. She also has a significant advisory practice, having represented and advised multinational corporations, numerous market-leading public and private companies, Singapore government-linked entities, and ultra-high-net-worth individuals.
Prior to ADTLAW LLC, Dawn was a partner in one of Singapore's largest law firms, a Justices’ Law Clerk in the Chambers of the former Chief Justice, Mr Yong Pung How, an Assistant Registrar in the Supreme Court Registry and held teaching appointments at the NUS Law School and the then Department of Law (now the School of Law) of the Singapore Management University. She was also with the Ministry of Trade and Industry on a programme to train Legal Service Officers for Administrative Service postings. There, she negotiated the Trade in Goods, Rules of Origin and Trade Remedies Chapters of Singapore’s Free Trade Agreements with India, Panama, Chile, New Zealand and Brunei (then known as the “Pacific 4”, the forerunners of the TPP), Kuwait and Pakistan. She also advised on the legality of anti-dumping measures taken by other countries against Singapore companies.
In addition to her growing practice, Dawn is a Member of the Board of Directors of the Singapore International Chamber of Commerce. The SICC Board comprises a cross-section of the most influential business people in Singapore. She is also a Member of the Global Advisory Council of Break The Ceiling Touch The Sky, Singapore’s leading leadership summit championing gender diversity. The Advisory Council comprises a selection of leading executives from global corporations. She has acted pro bono in criminal cases under the auspices of the Legal Assistance Scheme for Capital Offences and the Criminal Legal Aid Scheme.

Lifen Tang is a Director in ADTLAW LLC. She is experienced in large and complex cross-border bilateral and syndicated secured and unsecured corporate, leveraged, project, real estate, share-backed and Islamic financing transactions across multiple sectors and jurisdictions in Asia, Europe and the Americas.
Prior to qualifying as a lawyer, Lifen was a management consultant at a leading global management consultancy firm where she worked across the Asia Pacific region.
Lifen is qualified in Singapore and England & Wales.
LOH KAI LOON - COUNSEL
Patrick Phua is an Associate Director in ADTLAW LLC. He has over 15 years of derivatives and structured finance experience. Patrick's clients span international banks, trading houses and funds, financial institutions and corporates. Patrick is recognised by Chambers Asia-Pacific as a leading practitioner in the derivatives market and is actively involved in the development of many market infrastructure projects. Patrick also has extensive experience on a wide range of banking and finance matters, including advising both foreign financial institutions and leading Chinese commercial and policy banks on major outbound financing and cross-border financing transactions.
Patrick is a member of drafting groups tasked by various industry associations to prepare industry-standard documentation. Patrick speaks frequently at conferences and workshops, and to regulatory agencies, on the topics of derivatives market developments and regulatory issues. He has native fluency in English, written Chinese and spoken Mandarin.
Patrick is qualified in Singapore, Australia (New South Wales) and England & Wales.
TRISTAN TEO - ASSOCIATE
Adriel Chia is a Senior Associate in ADTLAW LLC. He specialises in complex commercial disputes encompassing litigation as well as international arbitration. Adriel is an experienced trial and appellate litigator who has appeared at all levels of the Singapore courts, including arguing successfully as lead counsel. Adriel also has a significant advisory practice.
In the course of his practice, Adriel has advised multinational corporations, numerous market-leading public and private companies, Singapore government-linked entities, and high-net-worth individuals. Adriel has also represented accused persons convicted of capital offences under the Supreme Court of Singapore’s Legal Assistance Scheme for Capital Offences.
Adriel is qualified in Singapore.
Tristan Teo is an Associate in ADTLAW LLC. He has experience in commercial, construction and property-related disputes, and general corporate and commercial advisory work. He has also assisted with pro bono cases under the auspices of the Legal Assistance Scheme for Capital Offences.

Jillian Soh is an Associate in ADTLAW LLC. She specialises in banking and finance and graduated from the University of Bristol. She has advised major banks, financial institutions and blue chip corporate borrowers on domestic and cross-border finance transactions. These include real estate and construction financings, capital call financings, syndicated loans and project financings.
